Our Brief History

The Quaid-e-Azam Educational Complex is located at 6-km Pakpattan Road, Sahiwal, spread over an area of more than 28.5 acres. Mr. Ch. Ali Hassan as the founder of QEC established the first campus in 1997 for the promotion of higher scientific education in the country by providing stable and disciplined academic environment coupled with the need- based research, pertinent to industrial requirements. Distinguishing features of the QEC are the skills development programs, industrial training, practical presentations, regular assessments, management training courses to provide quality education. Quality Enhancement cell of this institute is striving for the major institutional reforms under the direction of Higher Education Commission Pakistan to promote a culture of critical enquiry among students and faculty. The Quaid-e-Azam Educational Complex aims to become a national hub of advanced studies and research in Pakistan.

History

Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges came into existence during 1997 and in this very year QUAID-E-AZAM POLY TECHNIC INSTITUTE SAHIWAL was opened on its own building which is situated just opposite Government College of Technology Jahaz Ground Sahiwal. The courses Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Electronics Technologies for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer were introduced. This College is registered by the Government of the Punjab and affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore. Afterwards the following more colleges under the management of Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges have been opened:-

OKARA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE OKARA

During 2002 OKARA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE OKARA was raised on its own land measuring 6 Kanals in Karmanwala Town Okara. This College is registered with the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore for Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Technologies for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer.
Professional short courses are conducted in our campus under the supervision of NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training commission Pakistan) since 2017

QUAID-E-AZAM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TCEHNOLOGY SAHIWAL

This college has been opened in 13 Umer Block Shadab Town Sahiwal on its own land measuring 9 Kanals during 2005. The college is registered by the Punjab Government and Affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore for Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Technologies for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer. B-Tech Classes Electrical /Civil /Mechanical were started in 2009 with the affiliated of Bahauddin Zakariya Unversity Multan.
B.Sc. Engineering Technology (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) classes were started in 2011 with the affiliation of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
B.Sc. Civil Engineering Classes were started in 2012 with the affiliation of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering Classes were started in 2013 with the affiliation of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering Classes were started in 2016 with the affiliation of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
In 2015 a new purpose built campus was opened at 6-KM Pakpattan Road Sahiwal on 224 kanals on its own land under the management of Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges. All B.Sc. Engineering Classes are shifted to this new campus.
Professional short courses are conducted in our both campuses (Shadab Town and 6-km Pakpattan road) under the supervision of NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training commission Pakistan) since 2017

During 2006 the above named college was raised on 27 Kanals on its own land. The college is registered with the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore for Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Technologies, for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer.
B.Sc. Engineering Technology (Civil/Electrical) classes were started in 2012 with the affiliation of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
B.Sc. Civil Engineering Classes were started in 2014 with the affiliation of University of ngineering & Technology Lahore.
Professional short courses are conducted in our campus under the supervision of NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training commission Pakistan) since 2017 B-Pharmacy Classes were started in 2017 with approval of Pharmacy Council

This college was raised during 2003 on its own land consisting of 17 Kanals on Haroonabad Road under the management of Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges. The college is registered with the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore for Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Technologies, for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer.

The college is registered by the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore for Electrical /Civil /Mechanical Technologies for 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer.
QUAID-E-AZAM COLLEGE OF PHARMACY

This college was raised during 2017 under the management of Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges. The college is registered with the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the University of Health Sciences Lahore, for 5 years Program (Doctor of Pharmacy)

QUAID-E-AZAM COLLEGE OF SAHIWAL.

This college was raised during 2018 under the management of Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges. The college is registered with the Government of the Punjab and Affiliated with the University of Education Lahore for various disciplines BS Physics, BS Chemistry, BS Math, BS Information Technology, BS Fine Arts, BS English.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Human Nutrition & Dietetics (HND) classes are stared with the affiliation of Sargodha University.All these institutes are built their own buildings with required number of Classrooms. Laboratories ,Library etc. thus now the Quaid-e-Azam Group of Colleges is a renowned group in the province of Punjab which always tries its best to provide quality education on which we always focus to produce true professionals for the country and nation. Our all campuses are built in our own building which are specially built for educational purposes only. All these colleges having excellent facilities with furnished classrooms. Air conditioned computer labs, furnished libraries with latest books. We have state of art engineering labs equipped with latest apparatus to encourage the students who are eager to learn and want to improve their knowledge. Every year huge budget is allocated for the improvement of new facilities and renovation of labs and classrooms we always appoint highly qualified professionals to serve the nation. Being a part of Quaid-e-Azam group we make our students proud and professionals in the society
